Soothing, Restful, And Dreamy Massages
Sisi’s Massage offers a wide variety of massage types, perfect for any person, occasion, or stress. These therapeutic massages range from the soft, long strokes of the Swedish massage to deep tissue and prenatal massages.
Swedish Massage
(Including Hot Stone and Thai Massage)
A Swedish massage is a therapeutic massage that uses light pressure and long, smooth strokes. This massage is focused on relaxation and releasing muscle tension, often starting in the lower, middle, and upper back. Swedish massages are ideal for people looking for stress relief or who sit or stand for long periods and develop tired backs.

Therapeutic Massage
(Medical Massage and Sports Massage)
Instead of the full body, Therapeutic Massage will only focus on specific areas that need attention, like Insomnia, Sciatica, Numb arms and fingers, Frozen shoulders, Neck and shoulder problems.
We may use Cupping or Gua Sha which is a traditional Chinese healing method to stroke your skin while they press on it. This motion raises small, red, rash-like dots that show under your skin called petechiae.
People use Cupping/Gua Sha to treat chronic pain all over their body. They often do it alongside other complementary treatments like herbal medicine, massage, acupuncture, and heat therapy.

Myofascial/Cellulite Blasting Treatment
The myofascial adhesion will limit muscle and joint movements, which can play a part in widespread muscle pain. This treatment is to break up adhesions and realign the fascia, to increase circulation and lymphatic flow so that your body can get rid of waste products. It even smooth outs your skin and actually become more toned.

Cupping
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Hawaii Lomi Lomi Massage
'Lomi lomi' translates to 'rub rub' in Hawaiian, and reflects the broad, flowing strokes made with the therapist's hands and forearms and are often long and sweeping, much like long, rolling waves traveling along the body.
Lomilomi includes many techniques, some of which are similar to Swedish massage, while others are similar to Asian bodywork techniques.

Prenatal Massage
Although similar to regular massages, prenatal massages are targeted toward muscles that are often strained during pregnancy. This massage can relax tense muscles, reduce soreness, improve mobility, and elevate mood. Prenatal massages are most often given in the second and third trimesters.

Deep Tissue Massage
(Including Hot Stone and Thai Massage)
For those hard-to-reach muscle strains, nothing beats a deep tissue massage. High, sustained pressure and deep strokes target the inner layer of your muscles and connective tissue that a Swedish massage won’t reach.
